AI notice

Encertum uses an AI assistant to understand a problem from a photo, a short video or a voice note. It suggests a likely fault and a price, with a confidence level. It does not decide the repair.

A licensed technician confirms the fault on site. You can talk to a person at any time.

The assistant will not give instructions for gas or electrical work. It may suggest closing the main stopcock, putting a bowl under a drip, or unplugging an appliance. If you smell gas, it tells you not to use switches or flames, to open the windows, to leave, and to call the gas emergency number.
