Who's coming
Photo, first name, trade, and an Encertum ID card with a QR code.
Door code
A 4-digit code that must match the technician's app. If it doesn't match, don't open the door.
Share my visit
Send the technician's name, photo and expected end time to someone you trust. The link expires when the job ends.
Video call before the visit
You can see the technician before they are at the door.
Meet at the street door
You can ask to meet downstairs.
Prefer a female technician
When one is available, we will send her.
Get help in one tap
A silent alert to our safety team, or a call to 112. Nothing notifies the technician.
Late check-in
If a visit runs late, we check in.
Private feedback
After the visit you can say whether you felt safe and respected. Only our safety team sees it.
