Questions from Eixample

How is the price fixed before you see the problem?

The photo and a few questions point to the likely fault and the part. You see an itemised price before you book. A licensed technician confirms it at home. If something is different, nothing changes without your approval in the app.

How does the free first repair work?

Up to €60, including VAT, one per household, in the districts we already serve. Book by 31 December 2026. If the job costs more, you pay only the difference, and you see it before you book.

Which areas do you cover?

We are starting in Barcelona. We are booking in Eixample and Gràcia. Coming soon: Sant Martí and Sants-Montjuïc.

What should I do in an emergency right now?

If you are in danger, call 112. If water is leaking, close the main stopcock. If you smell gas, do not use switches or flames, open the windows, leave, and call the gas emergency number. Then call 112 if you need to.
