What this site collects

• Waitlist: email, postcode or district, language and role.
• Business, insurer and technician forms: the fields on those forms.
• Events: page, language and campaign code. No name and no email.
• The IP address is used only to limit repeated form posts. We store a short hash, not the address itself.

Photos of a job are handled in the app. The app privacy notice will be linked here when the app is published.

Why

• Consent, for the waitlist and for optional messages.
• Steps before a contract, for a call request or a job application.
• Legitimate interest in keeping the forms from being flooded.

Who receives it

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the database in the European Union (D1, EU jurisdiction). If an email provider is configured, it receives a summary of each lead so the team can reply. No other recipients are set.

How long

Waitlist rows and leads are deleted 24 months after the last contact. Raw event rows are deleted after 90 days. Rate-limit rows are deleted after a few minutes.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy, and you can object. Write to the contact email. You can also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

A data-protection officer will be named here if one is appointed.
