Three approvals, from your phone

You accept the quote, you approve any change, and you confirm it's done. The technician can never approve for you.

A call for a large change

Changes over 30% or €100: we call you first.

If you say no

The technician makes everything safe. You pay only the visit fee of €30, shown in your terms.

Your job record

Every step is kept with the time, how it was approved and the photos, sealed with an independent timestamp. You can download it as a PDF from the app.

If something is wrong

Write to us from the app or by email. We will reply within the time stated in your service terms. You can also use the consumer arbitration scheme that applies in Spain. The exact body will be confirmed by counsel before launch and named here.
